Effective January 1, 2026

SealPro Torrance Insulation Company, torranceinsulationcompany.com, team@torranceinsulationcompany.com

Accepting these terms

These terms cover your use of the SealPro Torrance Insulation Company website and any insulation work you hire us to do. When you browse the site, send us a request or schedule work with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or book a job with us.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean SealPro Torrance Insulation Company and our crew. "You" means the person using the site or the homeowner or property owner who hires us. When a signed estimate or contract for your job says something different from this page, the signed document controls for that job.

The services we offer

We're an insulation contractor in Torrance, CA, and we work in Torrance and the cities around it. Our work includes attic, wall, crawl space and basement insulation, blown-in insulation, spray foam, air sealing, vapor barriers, insulation removal and commercial insulation. You can see the full list from our home page.

Descriptions on this site explain the work in general terms so you know what to expect. What we actually do on your house is what's written in your estimate, because every attic and crawl space is different and we only know what yours needs once we've looked at it. You can read more about who we are on our About page.

Estimates and pricing

We give free quotes on site, and asking for one doesn't obligate you to anything. Your estimate lists the work, the materials and the price based on what we could see and reach during the visit.

An estimate is good for the period written on it. After that, material costs may have changed, so we may need to update it before we schedule the job.

Sometimes we find something once the job is open that nobody could see beforehand, like old insulation that's soaked or full of droppings, hidden damage or gaps that need sealing before new material goes in. When that happens, we stop, show you what we found and explain your options. We don't do extra work or add charges without your approval first.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We'll agree on a start date with you and do our best to keep it. Weather, material delivery, illness or a job that runs long can push a date, and if that happens we'll tell you as soon as we know and set a new one.

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work areas on the scheduled day, including the attic hatch, crawl space entry and a place to park our equipment. If we arrive and can't get in, we'll work with you on a new date, and the estimate may note a charge for a return trip.

Some materials, especially spray foam, require people and pets to stay out of the house for a set time while it cures, because the maker's instructions say so. We'll tell you before the job how long that is for the product we're using, and you agree to follow it.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please call us at (424) 318-3075 as early as you can. Any cancellation terms or charges for your job, including for materials we've already ordered, will be written in your estimate or contract. You may also have cancellation rights under California law for home improvement contracts, and nothing on this page takes those away.

Payment

Your estimate or contract states the price, any deposit and when each payment is due. Unless it says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is finished.

If a payment is late, we'll contact you first to sort it out. Unpaid balances may be subject to late charges and collection costs to the extent California law allows, and we may hold off on further work until the account is current.

Our guarantee and warranty limits

We stand behind our work, and your satisfaction is guaranteed. If something about the job isn't right, call us and we'll come back and look at it.

Insulation products carry their own warranties from the companies that make them. Where a maker offers one, we'll pass it along to you, and its terms are set by that maker, not by us.

Beyond what's written in your estimate or contract, we don't promise any particular result, such as a specific drop in your power bill or a set temperature upstairs. Those depend on things outside our work, like your windows, your heating and cooling system, how the house is used and the weather. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim any other warranties, written or implied.

Our guarantee doesn't cover damage from roof leaks, plumbing leaks, pests, other contractors disturbing the insulation, or changes made to the area after we leave.

Limitation of liability

We're licensed and insured, and we take care to protect your house while we work. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

We aren't responsible for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost use of a room, hotel stays you choose to make or lost income, except where California law doesn't allow that limit. Nothing here limits our responsibility for harm caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Using this website

The information on this site is general and meant to help you understand insulation work. It isn't a substitute for an on-site look at your house, and we may update it at any time without notice.

The words, photos and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.

Some links on the site lead to other websites, like our contact form provider. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Resolving a disagreement

If you're unhappy with anything, please talk to us first, because most problems get fixed fastest with a phone call and a visit. Call (424) 318-3075 or reach us through our Contact page, and we'll try in good faith to work it out with you.

If we can't settle it between us, either of us may take the matter to small claims court or another court with authority to hear it in Los Angeles County, California.

Governing law

These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one in effect. Changes won't affect a job already covered by a signed estimate or contract unless you agree to them.
